The Syria Campaign is a global movement working towards a free, peaceful Syria. I worked on the organization’s content strategy. This included curation, development and execution of social assets. We took on Facebook, the UN, put The White Helmets in the news cycle and brought a 6-year-old home to England from war-torn Syria. In just 9 months since The Syria Campaign's launch, we had gained attention from The NY Times, The BBC, Newsweek, Vice News, The Guardian, The Independent and plenty of other elite publications as well as engaged thousands with our campaigns, including influentials like Mia Farrow, Ian McKellon and Federica Mogherini.

This gallery is a sampling of some of the design and copywriting I did to support TSC's campaigns on different social platforms.

One of The Syria Campaign's main objectives is to elevate Syrian voices. The Syria Diary was the platform to do just that. I managed writers and contributors, curated stories and created pieces to live on the blog as well. There are some awesome stories here, have a gander!

Heading up the organization's social media presence, I created numerous pieces of content for Buzzfeed. Each post tried to approach issues dealing with the Syrian crisis in more accessible ways. If you'd like to see some more funny, inspiring and educational listicles, visit the account here.
